I need the lake balls today, is that possible?
Yes, if you live in Vienna or the surrounding area, you can pick them up immediately with a short advance appointment or we can bring the balls to you for a fee of €15. This includes weekends and public holidays.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Delivery time varies depending on location and product availability. We usually ship orders the same day. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a self-service return procedure. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in the same condition and, for new products, in the original packaging. Please go to the returns portal . The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely and encrypted.
Is there a volume discount?
For prices of bulk orders of 500 pieces or more, please send us an email or contact us by phone.
Special requests: I'm looking for a specific brand and type that isn't in the shop. Is that possible?
Yes, since we have a large inventory, it is possible that we can select certain varieties, even rare ones, for you.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship throughout Europe, including outside the EU.
Are lake balls like used golf balls?
It depends on how long the ball has been in the water. In general, the coating on the golf ball protects it from absorbing water. The better the quality, the more similar the flight characteristics are. A professional golfer will notice the subtle difference, but an amateur golfer probably won't.
Who bears the shipping costs for the return?
The return of your order is only free if we have accidentally sent you the wrong product.
For returns for all other reasons, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs. If the threshold for free shipping was exceeded at the time of purchase but not reached after the return, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
What if the package is lost?
We only ship insured and only with reputable shipping service providers. You will receive a tracking number and can then contact the shipping service provider directly. Of course, we will actively support you in this.
